A pair of 60t LTM 1060-3.1 models has arrived at John Sutch Cranes as the north-west hirer continues to expand its fleet of Liebherr equipment.
The company, which specialises in machine installation projects in addition to its crane hire activity, opted for fly jibs on both new arrivals which will go into service at its Liverpool and Manchester depots where they will join a collection of other Liebherrs ranging from 45-90t.
This ever popular Liebherr three axle crane features a six section, 48 metre main boom topped by a 9.5 to 16 metre bi-fold swingaway fly jib for a maximum tip height of 67.5 metres.under STGO regulation It can travel in the UK with its full 12.8 tonnes of counterweight and the fly jib on board. The new crane features ECOmode and ECOdrive systems for improved fuel consumption and VarioBase outrigger set up.
