Want to see what poor management and lack of knowledge and experience does? we was sent this video from a reader working in Africa of this crew trying to unload what looks like a 70 ton Liebherr from a barge and as you can see it doest go completely to plan.
From what we can see due to lack of information the barge wasn't moored correctly and as the crane was leaving the deck it has clearly pushed the barge backwards, possibly the crew was ready for it and didn't have the engines of the barge running.
